Nobody tells you when a referring dentist stops.
PBS gives you totals. ReferraLens tells you who changed — every referring dentist ranked by what they used to send you, so the calls you make this week are the ones actually worth making.
Upload one PDF you already have and you'll be looking at your own list in about a minute.
The decline is invisible until it isn't.
A general dentist who has started keeping molars in-house, or who liked how fast the endodontist across town returned a call, does not phone to tell you. There is nothing to cancel and no one to complain to. The cases simply stop arriving.
And the number at the bottom of your report still looks close enough to last year that nothing trips an alarm, because someone else grew while they shrank. Months later a hygienist mentions you haven't seen much from Dr. Somebody lately, and by then the relationship belongs to whoever called first.
The report you already run every month contains all of this. It just shows it to you as a total instead of as a change.
What it found in the first practice that ran it
A single-doctor endodontic practice, twenty-four months of PBS history, first upload.
One of those fifteen had sent nothing for sixteen months. The year before that, he was worth $30,820. Nobody in the office could say when he had stopped, or why.

Real figures from the pilot practice. Referring dentist names and id numbers have been replaced.
How it works
Export
Run Referral Annual Totals in PBS Endo and save it as a PDF. One file, twenty-four months of history, every referrer.
Upload
Drop the PDF in. No integration to configure, no IT project, nothing to install, and nobody has to touch your practice management system.
Act
Every referrer ranked, the slipping ones on top, and a follow-up you can assign to whoever makes the calls — with a one-page PDF to hand them.
What it deliberately does not do
It reads PBS referral reports. Those reports list referring dentist names, case counts and dollar totals — there are no patient names in them, so there are none in ReferraLens.
It does not dial anyone, send anything on your behalf, or write to your practice management system. It tells you who to call and what changed, and then gets out of the way.
See your own list.
You already have the report. This just reads it properly.
