What is included
Every screen — who is slipping, the touch sheet, follow-ups, the offices address book, the monthly report and the thank-you desk. Unlimited uploads. Logins for everyone in the practice. The PBS Endo reader, and any other format we add for you. A person to email, who answers.
The first thirty days are free, and they are the real thing.
Not a stripped-down version and not a sandbox with sample data. You send one referral report you already run, and within two business days your own list comes back — every referring dentist ranked by what changed, the single-case names separated out, and the five worth calling first. Then we spend fifteen minutes walking through it with you. After that the whole system is open to everyone in the practice for thirty days.
There is no card field anywhere on this site, so nothing renews and nothing charges. On day thirty you either say yes and we invoice you from QuickBooks, or it stops. Doing nothing means it stops.
How thank-yous are priced
Thank-yous are never part of the software price. Each order is quoted before anything ships: the gift at our list price (set a little above the vendor's so their price changes never surprise you), shipping at actual cost, and one flat service fee per office. The fee is the same for a small gift box or the largest tin, and it never rises because an office sends you more cases.
Special occasion gifts — a baby, a graduation, a retirement — are quoted the same way, with the same flat fee.

Questions practices ask first.
- Can we cancel?
- Monthly is month to month. Cancel by email and your data is deleted within 30 days. There is no contract to get out of and nothing to un-integrate.
- What does it cost?
- $149 a month or $1,490 a year for the first twelve months, then $199 a month or $1,990 a year, per location. The first 30 days are free and there is no card taken anywhere on this site. Thank-yous are quoted separately and invoiced only when you approve them.
- We do not use PBS Endo.
- Not a problem, and do not let it stop you starting. Send whatever report your software produces that lists referring dentists and what they sent you — TDO, Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, Curve, Denticon, CareStack, or something we have not seen yet. We will tell you within a day whether we can read it, and if we cannot yet, we will build it during your trial rather than after it. Every format we support started with one practice asking.
