What free actually means
In the trial, the first sixty days are free, and they are the real thing. Not a stripped-down version and not a sandbox with sample data. You send one referral report you already run, and within two business days your own list comes back: every referring dentist ranked by what changed, the single-case names separated out, and the five worth calling first. Then we spend fifteen minutes walking through it with you. After that the whole system is open to everyone in the practice for sixty days.
There is no card field anywhere on this site, so nothing renews and nothing charges. On day sixty you either say yes and we invoice you from QuickBooks, or it stops. Doing nothing means it stops.

Founding practices (the first 10 endodontic practices to join) pay $149/month or $1,490/year for the first endodontist and $79/month or $790/year for each additional endodontist, for as long as the subscription stays active. If a founding practice cancels and later returns, current pricing applies.
We charge for doctors, not buildings.
One endodontist: $149 a month or $1,490 for the first twelve months, then $199 a month or $1,990.
Three endodontists: the first at $149 / $1,490 plus two at $79 / $790 is $307 a month or $3,070 for the first twelve months, then $199 plus two at $99: $397 a month or $3,970.
Seven endodontists: the first at $149 / $1,490 plus six at $79 / $790 is $623 a month or $6,230 for the first twelve months, then $199 plus six at $99: $793 a month or $7,930.
Ten or more endodontists is a conversation, not a list price.
A doctor is anyone seeing patients regularly; we do not audit half days. Doctors added or removed take effect on the next invoice. It moves in both directions and we will never back-bill you.
Prices exclude sales tax, which is added to your invoice where we are required to collect it. In Ohio that applies to the software and to thank-yous alike.
What is included
Every screen: who is slipping, the touch sheet, follow-ups, the offices address book, the monthly report and the thank-you desk. Unlimited uploads. One login for the practice. The PBS Endo reader, and any other format we add for you. A person to email, who answers.
How thank-yous are priced
Thank-yous are never part of the software price. Each order is quoted before anything ships: the gift at our list price (set a little above the vendor's so their price changes never surprise you), shipping at actual cost, and one flat service fee per office. The fee is the same for a small gift box or the largest tin, and it never rises because an office sends you more cases.
Quotes are shown before tax. Sales tax is added on the invoice where required.
Special occasion gifts, a baby, a graduation, a retirement, are quoted the same way, with the same flat fee.

- Are satellite offices extra?
- No. Satellite offices are included. We charge for doctors, not buildings.
- What if we have ten or more endodontists?
- Ten or more endodontists is a conversation, not a list price.
- Can we cancel?
- Monthly is month to month. Cancel by email and your data is deleted within 30 days. There is no contract to get out of and nothing to un-integrate.
- We do not use PBS Endo.
- Send whatever report your software produces that lists referring dentists and what they sent you. PBS Endo works today. For anything else, we build your reader during your trial.
- How do the thank-yous get priced?
